By accessing or using the website at perrissunroomcontractor.com (the "Site") or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios through the Site or otherwise.
Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosure, and related home improvement services to residential property owners in Perris, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, sunroom additions, four season and three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen room installation, deck-to-sunroom and patio-to-sunroom conversions, solarium installation, patio cover installation, and sunroom design and remodeling.
The Site is intended to provide information about our services and allow potential customers to contact us. Using the Site to request information or an estimate does not constitute a contract for services. A binding agreement for services is only formed when both parties have signed a written contract.
Any estimate provided by Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios - whether verbally, in writing, or through the Site - is an approximation based on information available at the time. Estimates are not final quotes and are subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, material costs, or permit requirements differ from what was assessed during the initial consultation.
A written contract will specify the final agreed price for the project. Work will not begin until both parties have signed a written contract and any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes after a contract is signed. Any change in scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work is performed.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit processing times, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling updates in a timely manner and work to minimize delays.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or deposit forfeitures, will be outlined in your written contract. In general, deposits covering costs already incurred - such as permit fees or materials ordered - are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe site conditions, failure to receive required permits, or non-payment at agreed milestones.
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. In general, projects require a deposit upon signing, with additional payments tied to defined project milestones, and a final payment upon completion of the work.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project, as defined in the written contract. Withholding final payment for reasons not related to incomplete or defective work is a breach of contract.
Unpaid balances may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as specified in the written contract and as permitted under California law.
For projects requiring building permits or homeowners association (HOA) approval, Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios will assist with the permit application process. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that any required HOA approvals are obtained before work begins. We are not liable for delays caused by HOA review timelines or permit office processing times.
Work will not begin until all required permits are in hand. If a permit application is denied or requires significant revision, we will work with the customer to determine next steps, which may include a revision to the project scope or a partial refund of the deposit, less any costs already incurred.
The customer agrees to:
Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable building codes in effect at the time of construction. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be outlined in your written contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modification of the work by others, acts of God, normal wear and tear, or conditions that arise from pre-existing defects in the property.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, and fixtures are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Perris Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the Site, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to property not caused by our direct negligence.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction if the circumstances require it.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not resolved through the dispute resolution process above shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
